Many thanks to Brains Brewery for naming this fine hostelry in our honour. I’ve tried the “This seems to be my pub if you’d like to give me free beer” line but without success.
Still, if you’re heading southwards from Hereford you could pop in and mention my name and see where it gets you. Despite my having to pay for it, the pint of Reverend James went down nicely.
