Recently, we had a fantastic party for all our birthdays and needed to celebrate with a cake. As cheese is a great favourite, our chum Sian from Ford Farm arranged for this superb cheesecake which not only looked scrummy but tasted fabulous.

It comes in a wooden case which you can use as a stand and keep things in it afterwards, or use for even more cheese. I’d like one permanently available in the kitchen for every mealtime.
