I’ve just got back from The Claycutters Inn, Chudleigh Knighton in deepest darkest Devon which changed hands today. As well as valuing all the stock on hand and assessing the utility readings there was some discussion regarding the animals in the Childrens Farm. How do we value them? Are they part of the fixtures and fittings? These lovely Goats begged to be left alone to enjoy their field along with the ducks, chickens and pigs.
So we left them munching on the green grass and looking forward to new bosses. Thanks to Chris Murphy and Andy Merrikin the highly comptent valuers and Hugh from The Heavitree Brewery for making the changeover go so smoothly.
